Promoter Rafael real names Ayesiga Steven Rafael was born 15 February 1994 in Fort Portal, Kabarole district, Uganda and this is where he spent most of his early childhood and education.
He started his music promotion career at a tender age and this was primarily out of passion not minding about money primarily but in early 2020, he started working with Eno Beats a music producer based in Makindye, Kampala.
