Only a few hours to vote, people tagged to NRM were seen at midnight giving out money to Kayunga voters.
Each voter that managed to turn up at the issuing center received each Shs.4000.
According to the eye witnesses, they were asked to vote for NRM candidate Andrew Muwonge.
According to a video published by BBS TV, those given the money displayed it to the camera with bitterness of being little.
The Kayunga voters also disappointed with the money being given to them in the middle of the night despite the curfew situation.
Many have promised to shame NRM by voting NUP candidate Harriet Nakwedde.
