The proprietor of House of Prayer Ministries, Pastor Aloysius Bujingo together with his newly wedded fiancé Susan Makula have been ordered to appear before court.
The summon was passed in Entebbe Magistrates Court which was presided over grade one magistrate Stella Okwong Paculal who charged the couple with three counts contrary to the marriage act.
The duo was dragged to court by Kampala based Lawyer Male Mabirizi who cited it was against the law for Bujingo to wed another wife yet according to the law he is still in marriage with his first wife Teddy Naluswa.
Basing on evidence presented before Magistrate Okwong by Mabirizi, the couple was ordered to appear before court on January 2021.

Bujingo was previously summoned by Kawempe Police station on the same charges of engaging in a new marriage.
However, earlier this week Bujingo told his followers at Canaan land that his church doesn’t support divorce.
‘’You lose whatever you don’t commit time to. If you don’t spend time in your business, you’ll lose it. Love your wives, love your husbands, and do not ever think about divorce. It’s like failing at a business even if you liked it because you failed to dedicated time to it,’’ He advised his follower.
