News reaching The Ugandan Daily News desk this morning is of the appointment of the former ISO Boss Col Frank Kaka Bagyenda as ambassador 0f Uganda in Angola.
Col. Frank Kaka Bagyenda who was sacked two weeks ago as the Internal Security Organisation (ISO) Director General has been appointed by President Museveni as Uganda’s ambassador to Angola.
The development comes after Uganda opened an embassy in the Central Africa placed country for which, Col Bagyenda will hold the pioneer diplomacy.
Following Col. Bagyenda’s sacking, Lt.Col. Charles Oluka the former head of Technical at the spy agency was appointed as the new Director at ISO.
