Earlier on today, we published a story concerning the illegalities that were made in the recent NRM primaries but that was not all as more has come out to the same cause.
According to our reporter from Western Uganda, on the same voting day, most of the security agencies including RDC’s, DISO’s and DPC’s were spotted trying by all means to battle down one of the contestants, Mwesigye Patrick mostly know as “The DISRUPTER” allegedly saying that it was an order from above.
Isingiro District, The DPC was seen campaigning for one of the contestants and clearly giving orders to delegates not to vote Mwesigye Patrick.
Apart from this, he was again intimidating the voters of Mwesigye Patrick to loose their jobs in case they voted him and when we tried to gather the source of these orders that made the DPC to act in such manner, our sources connected us to Bright Rwamirama who allegedly gave out the command to the Isingiro DPC.
In kasese, almost all delegates were first oriented on whom to vote , the Kasese DISO was seen commanding kasese NRM youth delegates not vote the DISRUPTER but vote Rugumayo Edson and the one who goes on to vote him will be imprisoned and charged with high profiled cases and this made youth delegates to vote other Candidates not by will but just by intimidation and forces.
Traveling deep in the west in Rukungiri District, two of the Mwesigye Patrick agents namely Albert and Elizabeth were arrested and put under charges that left other candidates with unconscious minds about the elections.
In kabale , Rukiga, Kisoro and Rubanda districts where Mwesigye Patrick had a huge support, security agencies disorganized the voting system making some delegetes to raise up their voices that later made them go be imprisoned.
In conclusion, the target was Mwesigye Patrick known by his name ” The DISRUPTER” and Musa B. Rwamigoye his campaign manager and it’s believed that they had set up a well strategic mobilization that made the region think twice.
The Two young men were seen mobilizing votes house to house from Kiryandongo to Kisoro, Bundibujo to Isingiro and it’s said that the two managed to cover 80% of the delegates homes .
According to the information gathered, the two young men managed to cover all parts of Bunyoro , Ankole and Kigezi regions reaching out to every delegate’s family in the past three months which challenged other candidates.
Talking to the managing campaigner for Mwesigye, Musa B. Rwamigoye, he asserts that he is not happy with the District security agencies and adds on that the petition is already on the desk of the NRM tribunal.
