Dr. Stella Nyanzi could not hide her joy at the reception of the news of the death of the Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister Keith Muhakanizi who perished a couple of days ago at a hospital in Milan, Italy.

Nyanzi jubilated this through her Facebook profile when she published a post.
“Another one bites the dust! This time in Milan, Italy… Dictator Museveni’s henchmen are expiring one after another, before the very eyes of Ugandans. Muhakanizi is now wind.”
At the time of his death, Muhakanizi was grappling with a cocktail of crises that had hit his docket at the Office of the Prime Minister with the most prominent being the iron sheets saga that has seen several cabinet Ministers sleep in the coolers for benefiting from the biggest heist in recent history.
Although Muhakanizi has not personally featured on the line up of beneficiaries, Stella Nyanzi finds him culpable for his previous mistakes in other government ministries like Public Service where he served as Permanent Secretary.
