Over the weekend a one Jeremy Ntambi, a Makerere University Electrical Engineering alumnus who accused his lecturer of “stealing” his project (Kiira EV Car idea).
Hours later, social media was already awash with other allegations that the two Kayoola Buses recently showcased to the public were not manufactured in Uganda but instead imported from China.
Consequently, the Ugandan bus model and features are allegedly the same as the CHTC HTK6711GBEV Electric City Bus which is manufactured in China and it’s only the logo that differs.
It is therefore alleged that when th fit to what they wanted.
